Q. How can I be sure TSF is a legitimate collection agency?
A. You can authenticate TSF by clicking on our license number to
view our Collection License as well as get instructions on how to confirm the licence is active. LICENSE # 989563
Q. Where
do I need to mail my payment and who do I make it out to?
A. Credit Card and Check Payments can be taken over the phone at 1.888.320.8337.
All other payments should be made out to TSF FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC and mailed to PO BOX 460334 GLENDALE, CO 80246.
Q. What
are my rights as a debtor?
A. A copy of the FCRA and The FDCPA are available online at the Attorney General's Website.
Q. Can
I negotiate a settlement amount on my account with TSF?
A. In many cases the answer is yes, if you are able to make a one time payment
on a settlement amount. To find out if there is a settlement amount available on your specific account please contact us at1.888.320.8337.
Q. Does TSF have detailed records about my negative balance such as what charges I made to become delinquent?
A. To
protect your privacy TSF does not maintain detailed records of your account. The best way to get more information about your
account is to contact the Original Creditor and ask for the last statement available.
